2. Account Registration and KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before 77bcd processes any withdrawal request. 5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Bets are final once confirmed. 77bcd does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases where a bet has been accepted in error due to a technical fault or obvious pricing error, in which case 77bcd reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, market, and account tier.
- In the event of a technical failure during a live game or sports market, 77bcd will attempt to settle the affected bet based on the recorded game state or event outcome at the point of the failure. Where settlement is not possible, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
- Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines operated by the relevant game provider. 77bcd does not influence or control the outcome of any casino game. Any dispute regarding a game outcome should be raised with 77bcd support, who will liaise with the relevant game provider to investigate.
- Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as reported by the recognised governing body. For cricket markets, BPL and ICC results are taken as the official record. Settlement typically occurs within 24 hours of the final result being confirmed.
- 77bcd reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of placement (for example, inside information about team selection, match-fixing activity, or other integrity-related concerns). Any winnings derived from such bets will be forfeited and the matter referred for further review.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77bcd and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds, depending on the severity of the breach.
- Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or any other form of financial deception intended to gain an unfair monetary advantage on the platform.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share betting strategies in a coordinated manner intended to exploit system vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of a sporting event on which bets have been placed.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the 77bcd platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage, circumvents security measures, or places bets faster than is humanly possible.
- Money laundering or any attempt to use 77bcd as a mechanism to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. 77bcd cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required. All deposit and withdrawal patterns are monitored.
- Harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory conduct directed at 77bcd support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform, including live chat.
7. Account Suspension and Closure by 77bcd
77bcd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the circumstances described below. Where an account is closed by 77bcd for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
8. Responsible Gaming
77bcd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These Terms incorporate our Responsible Gaming policy by reference.
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the 77bcd support team and will result in the immediate suspension of access to the platform for the requested period. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not receive promotional communications from 77bcd. Players who wish to extend a self-exclusion period should contact support before the current period expires. 77bcd does not knowingly permit players who are subject to a self-exclusion order to re-register or access the platform during the exclusion period.
9. Limitation of Liability and General Provisions

77bcd shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — whether arising from technical downtime, a disputed game outcome, a delayed withdrawal, or any other cause. 77bcd's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 77bcd's internal complaints process should be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism. 77bcd will make reasonable efforts to resolve all player complaints promptly and fairly.
